David Icke Quote on Fear and Control

„We fear the past, present and future. We fear the unknown, we fear not having enough, losing what we have, not having what we want. We fear what will become of us and those that we care for. We fear what others think of us and what they don't think of us. We fear, fear, fear and therefore we are controllable through the manipulation of all that we fear. The present War on Terror is the War of Fear. No Fear, no control.“

David Icke quote image about fear, control, and the War on Terror

David Vaughan Icke was born on 29 April 1952 in Leicester. He played as a goalkeeper for Coventry City and, until 1973, for Hereford United, but had to end his football career because of arthritis. He later worked as a sports reporter for the BBC and was one of the Green Party's four spokespeople from 1985 to 1990.

"The corporations that profit from permanent war need us to be afraid. Fear stops us from objecting to government spending on a bloated military. Fear means we will not ask unpleasant questions of those in power. Fear permits the government to operate in secret. Fear means we are willing to give up our rights and liberties for promises of security. The imposition of fear ensures that the corporations that wrecked the country cannot be challenged. Fear keeps us penned in like livestock." Chris Hedges

Quote about war, power, and fear by Gerry Langdon from The VeteranCopyright © yoice.net – Quote Artwork

"The organizing principle of any society is for war. The basic authority of the modern state over its people resides in its war powers. Today it's oil, tomorrow, water. It's what we like to call the GOD business: Guns, Oil, and Drugs. But there is a problem. Our way of life, its over. It's unsustainable and in rapid decline. That's why we implement demand destruction. We continue to make money as the world burns. But for this to work the people have to remain ignorant of the problem until it's too late. That's why we have triggers in place: 9/11, 7/7, WMDs. A population in a permanent state of fear does not ask questions. Our desire for war becomes *its* desire for war. A willing sacrifice. You see, fear is justification, fear is control, fear is money. You're a brilliant soldier and I could still use someone like you." Gerry Langdon

Quote by Mattias Desmet on control, fear, and totalitarianism during coronavirus crisisCopyright © yoice.net – Quote Artwork

"The coronavirus crisis did not come out of the blue. It fits into a series of increasingly desperate and self-destructive societal responses to objects of fear: terrorists, global warming, coronavirus. Whenever a new object of fear arises in society, there is only one response and one defense in our current way of thinking: increased control. The fact that the human being can tolerate only a certain amount of control is completely overlooked. Coercive control leads to fear and fear leads to more coercive control. Just like that, society falls victim to a vicious circle that inevitably leads to totalitarianism, which means to extreme government control, eventually resulting in the radical destruction of both the psychological and physical integrity of human beings." Mattias Desmet
